PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION SERVICE

The Pre-Delivery Inspection is conducted by an Approved Suzuki Marine Dealer before you take delivery of your new Suzuki Outboard. This inspection ensures that your outboard is ready for safe and reliable operation, giving you peace of mind as you begin your boating experience.

PERIODIC SERVICE

To ensure the reliability and longevity of your new Suzuki Outboard, periodic maintenance must be performed by an Approved Suzuki Marine Dealer. Maintenance should follow the Periodic Maintenance Schedule outlined in the Owner’s Manual and be recorded in the Service Record pages provided. Regular servicing ensures optimal performance and helps prevent costly repairs down the line.

Service and Maintenance

• Post-Purchase Inspection: To be completed within 3 months or a maximum of 20 hours of use, whichever comes first.
• Standard Service Schedule: Servicing is required every 12 months from the date of purchase or after 100 hours of use, whichever comes first. Regular servicing intervals are essential for maintaining the warranty validity.
• Only genuine Suzuki parts, accessories, oils, and lubricants are to be used for any service, maintenance or repairs.

• 3 months from date of sale or 20hrs of use - whichever comes first
• 1 year from date of sale or 100hrs of use - whichever comes first
• 2 years from date of sale or 200hrs of use – whichever comes first
• 3 years from date of sale or 300hrs of use - whichever comes first
• 4 years from date of sale or 400hrs of use- whichever comes first
• 5 years from date of sale or 500hrs of use- whichever comes first
• 6 years from date of sale or 600hrs of use- whichever comes first
• 7 years from date of sale or 700hrs of use - whichever comes first
• 8 years from date of sale or 800hrs of use - whichever comes first*

*Only applicable to recreational use DF40 - DF350 Suzuki Outboards sold within the 8 Year Warranty promotional period (1 February - 31 May 2025).
